So I just started this weight loss challenge at work last week. When I tell you I was about to cry when I saw how much I weighed I was so sad. I looked at the scale and said its time for a serious change in my life. I had to look at my future goal of becoming a police officer in a few months and I realized that I had to make a desperate change in my lifestyle choices. So I have vowed to myself to lose at least 25 pounds in the three months of the contest. That would get me to my almost ideal weight. I really don’t look bad or any thing, but I know I need to get lean and gain back some of the muscle I lost since high school. So I can be able to be an active officer. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
